Clueless they don’t look at there emails, they cancel appointments late, don’t have any appointments when the waiting area is not busy and the receptionist don’t know what they they are doing most of the time. They try to send you to urgent care or have to wait a few weeks for an appointment they don’t communicate that good it’s very difficult.

Awful service! The reception staff are unhelpful, you’re on hold for over 30-40 mins to then be told you have to call back at 8am to book an appointment. This surgery is among the U.K. GP’s still using Covid as an excuse! There are never appointments and if you do get one it will be in 2-6 weeks time which at that point your sickness gets worse! I’ve been trying to book an appointment for my son since July 2023!! I still cannot get him an appointment today! The receptionist are just lazy and don’t offer any good help or advise. I saw a doctor once who told me I had to book another appointment if I want to discuss another help issue as I can only discuss 1 health issue at each appointment, I was so shocked!
I had to book another appointment which was 2 weeks later. I ended up having to go to a&e.
It’s safe to me and my family are leaving this surgery and I’m currently looking for a new one! Worse GP experience I’ve ever received!

Don’t waste your time. Dr Guruswamy is the most thoughtless and uncaring doctor I’ve ever come across. No common sense or decency. I’ve left that practice now thankfully!

If it was possible to give no stars I would. More than one occasion this Drs surgery has shown me how bad they are. 1. While having a routine asthma, check up, the doctor told me “I don’t think you even have asthma” to which I replied, I have had it for years. She then made me do a peak flow five times before she believed that I was asthmatic and then wrote my prescription.
2. I have a spinal disability that required an updated x-ray which I asked my doctor for as they was also aware of the situation. This x-ray form took two weeks to get hold of as every time I went into the doctors. They didn’t know where it was. I asked for the form on the day of the appointment and he said he had sent it to reception when I went to reception, they was oblivious to the situation and told me to “come back another day.” I informed them that it was for a disability and was quite urgent that it was done soon to which she replied “come back another day. I don’t know where it is.”
3. If calling the surgery to get an appointment. Good luck after being on the phone for ages you will be greeted with an attitude from the reception staff. They will not book you an appointment over the phone, but will inform you that the on the day appointments are being saved for people who need them and that you need to do an E consult online.
4. After doing an E consult to get an appointment in person you are looking at a month waiting. If you speak to the receptionists to see if you can get an earlier appointment as it is important, they don’t care and will tell you there are none left. Even if you call the second the doctors open, they will still tell you” I have no appointments.”
5. I waited on a list for a year to see a therapist for my mental health. I called my doctor surgery to see if they could update me on the time I will be waiting. But they couldn’t seem to find any information of me being on the waiting list for a therapist. After 20 minutes of being on the phone, she informed me that I had been on the waiting list a year ago, but since then I had seen a doctor and asked to be taken off. This never happened and caused my mental health to suffer a little more than it needed to. I phoned the doctors to make them aware of their mistake but they did not care.
The doctors never seem to be able to find the root of the problemI and the reception staff are just plain rude. This doctor surgery has an overall two star rating for a reason don’t bother wasting your time!!

Better close down. All the people there are useless. For 4 year not a single time I saw a doctor. Always been advised to call 111 or go to urgent care. I don't know how you sleep at night knowing that you refuse to help people. If I can leave less the one star I would. Disgusting!

Awful, awful surgery. Receptionists are absolutely beyond rude.
No duty of care, I don't know how they are allowed to run this surgery. Where is the practice Manager? They need to be reported to NHS England

Very rude and extremely unprofessional receptionist. Waited for 30 min in the que over the phone, and been told there are no appointments available. Asked for other days and she said are limited (But for who sorry) and at that time I was having breathing issue as I have asthma, but she didnt care at all and told me to call 111 or go to A&E. She didn't even bother asking me what was the medical issue or why I called in, not even my name. This lady (Recep) needs to lower her attitude and do her job properly.

This GP is awful go anywhere else accept here I would advise. The reception and doctors have no communication with each other and they cant write emails it takes 3 months of asking every week to write a simple email. The list goes on but I warn.
