Absolute disgrace. You que at reception for twenty mins. (Orderly n respectfully.) And then the receptionist chooses not to serve ppl in order of que. An when you question this they just give you a dirty look n continue serving the ppl who push in que even though she has see the full time of the order of people waiting. Another gps surgery that does not care about it's patients this particular incident happened on 29/11/24 at about 14.45

Assisted my unwell dad to the doctors and i was horrified by the whole experience. Never witnessed anything like it. My father was the unlucky patient of Dr Adams and i can only reiterate what previous posts and other patients have mentioned about the same doctor, about how is he even doctor and how terrible he is and i have to agree with every single one. My dad went in for help whilst awaiting a double aneurysm repair only to be told it was told it was your own fault for smoking in the past, deal with it! Also told him if his aneurysm started to leak he had a less than 10% survival! I actually couldn't believe what i was witnessing. My dad was at rock bottom when he left this amateur's room. After this horrendous experience i immediately changed his doctors to ponteland as he refused to ever go back and i have to say to other people who've been unlucky enough to have had the same terrible treatment from this so called doctor, don't be put off going to the doctors because of this cowboy. Ponteland doctors have been amazing with my dad. He was immediately put on a high dose for blood pressure amongst other things to ease his pain until he has his op. Dr Adams didnt even check his blood pressure and it was 165/110!!unbelievable

Ignorant and none caring reception staff, doctors are a laughing stock especially Dr Adams, I've had same health problems for 30 years and still I wait for a remedy, they love to give you pills as they make money from doing that, my friend went to see a doctor and was given antibiotics and died a few months later from cancer, the staff stuck up for this doctor as they always do, the whole surgery is a complete waste of time since Dr Black retired, I really would love to see the place get closed down, it wouldn't take much especially if someone sues them for neglect or something else, it used to be a good practice but now its more like a circus with Dr Adams being the clown

Ask for an appointment for Dr, got a nurse. She was confused by my symptoms no idea what my problem was even though i explained
my symptoms on the phone. booked me in for blood tests. Which was good may be under line problems Gave me prescription for pain killers even though i said my pain was managable at the monment.She was going to consult dr to decided what hospital department as i have similar problems in 2015 ans consultant addvised referral it symptoms reappeared Need i say more, if my records were consultant properly i would have seen a dr an decision made.
been with this surgery for 57 not had to make appointment for at least 5years they seen to to be more drs available at their 2nd practice than here which by the the way was here before kenton practice wish drs Smith, black ect were still there. I no nhs has problems but come on there is enough drs between both practices. To be available to patients. I spend more time visiting walking centres as no longer able to see my dr.

AVOID THIS DR SURGERY If You Get Seen By Dr Adams P ! My daughter has been in out of this doctor surgery getting seen by the worst doctor in the world! Dr Adam his name was. He just sat and laughed at me as I ask for my test for daughter as she’s in and out every month with an illness! He said every child is the same so no. NO? To more test!! So I then said I would take her to a&e again and he laughed saying ‘good luck cause they’ll just tell you to leave’ he talks about himself, other things and people before he even looks at her!! I don’t even know how he is a doctors! He said even if her temperature is over 39 you don’t go to the hospital Or try cool her down! He is an absolutely joke and no idea how he is even a dr! And when kids die and parents say their kids were neglected by doctors he is one of them doctors!!

Always had a positive experience with this GP. Don't understand the dislike of Dr Adam, he's always been fantastic with me. Nurse practitioner who did my bloods yesterday was great.
