It's disgusting how rude and 2 faced they can be. They don't seem to actually care and they've just wasted my time. I'm sure one of the carers have got some personal information from my home and I've had to throw out some kitchen items that they have damaged without telling me. I was also not happy with one of the carers scareing my cat on a few occasions when I specifically told them to leave her alone if they weren't going to be kind to either of us. They then left me without any carers for weeks on end which led social services to have to rush around to get emergency care in place as I'm not always able to stand due to numbness in my legs so may require my wheelchair/help with transfers at times (I can't predict these times). One of the carers also tried to tell me that i dont suffer from depression.
That being said, I honestly wouldn't recommend this agency no matter what your physical/mental illness is and no matter what you need support with.
