Went here for my flu and covid vaccinations. It's not the easiest place to find, so I would definitely recommend SatNav. Plenty of parking and disabled parking available. Friendly reception staff and nurse. Clean and tidy. Pharmacy next door.

Had a appt at Berrow Medical centre 27th March 2024 and I would like to say that the receptionist was very pleasant.
I also saw a female doctor whom I must say was fantastic, she was friendly, explained everything also listened to me and answered my questions.
Well done Berrow surgery wish I could say the same about Burnham surgery, thankyou

Always a nice smooth experience when I go. Always use the self check in and take my seat and never have to wait long until I am being called in.
Had my bloods taken by Rebecca Bryan for the 3rd time and she is so lovely and amazing at here job, always finds my vein first time (most people normally struggle to find mine) . She always makes you feel welcome and gives you all the information you will need before you leave.

cannot get through on any mode of contact. I've been sent a text offering an, appointment for Monday 29/05 2023 @ 14:50. The Monday is the 28th and is a bank holiday, so is it the Tuesday? and why may I not leave a message? All these ways to contact and not one that I can leave a message. Most frustrating.

Is this medical centre a complete joke. The links on google maps are "404" not found and if you go to the website from the NHS they call themselves Burnham and Berrow Medical centre but NOWHERE DO THEY have the address of the Berrow Medical Centre. Clearly whomever is responsible for the website and updating links doesn't have a clue. Another example of how poor GPS services are in this country. They drag down our wonderful NHS once again. GPS surgery's need to get into the 20th century as 21st century is a very long way off for them unfortunately

I moved into the area 8 months ago and am appalled with the service offered by this practice as initially they refused to register my husband and I without being able to provide a justifiable reason. After refusing to move from the reception desk, they eventually relented. It's impossible to contact the surgery by phone or get an appointment unless you can predict a month in advance if you're going to be ill. My repeat prescription goes missing on a regular basis or isn't done timeously despite being received 12 days in advance as advised.

My Partner went there today for a PCR test because he was told he could get one there. I have Covid so he needs to know if he has too. Lady from behind the counter came running at him YELLING GET OUT. 1st ,we understand the health risks, I'm a health care worker, 2, He was wearing a mask, 3,There is NO clear sign telling you not to go to reception and 4 You do NOT Yell at patients. After getting a letter to contact the surgery for a blood test and trying to contact them by phone for two days. I will have to put myself at rick and go down to the surgery to ask for appointment. Think it’s his is disgusting as I’ve been shielding myself for 13 weeks now to be put in this position to expose myself to COVID-19
