I’ve had such great experiences of this surgery over the last year. From very helpful receptionists to Drs that have really listened. On various health issues for me and my children we’ve been treated so well and staff have gone above and beyond. I’ve been able to get appointments easily and have not had to wait ages on the phone. Thank you to the whole team!

The medical care I received on 3 separate occasions from four different doctors since January 2022 has been excellent. (On one occasion a GP asked a colleague to join her for a second opinion.) The assessments were all through, I was given time to ask questions, and all four GPs inspired confidence and trust in their professional abilities. Their care could not be faulted. The only reason I have give this review a four star was the length of time it took to get through to reception, on average around 40 minutes on each occasion. The staff were helpful and informative once I did get through. If the matter of the telephone wait could be addressed this would be a five star service.

I went in for some check-ups recently and found the medical staff brilliant. Nurse Katie and her trainee very friendly and administered a jab and an ECG test with no fuss. Dr Holland is the epitome of what a modern young doctor should be. She's also very friendly and inspires confidence.

Went for an ultra sound, needed more water to drink ,I did not had monies ,I politely asked staff for some water to drink they directed me to a water dispenser that was not there ,I went back to say the dispenser was not there ,then a female staff member rudley said we dnt gave water to patients (what a policy, wow).

This has to be the worst surgery in the UK and became horrible when they left the Milton House building.

They are coming down in pieces.

I called with a serious series of symptoms, including fever and sever pain, only to be offered an appointment a month later!!! Using the NHS app does not work for appointments anymore, unless you have an itching leg. Their front desk is intrusive, rude and makes you uncomfortable with their questions which on top of anything else they make no sense at all. The so called triage team is for laughs and I doubt anyone there passed their doctor exams with a proper grade. The triage team is the new way to cover their laziness behind the front desk and leave people at risk.

In a phrase, those people are dangerous.

And they want more money? Let their bills pile high!

This is a ridiculous place and considering moving from the area to make sure I receive healthcare.

Just awful! Every time it's a disappointment! You have to die to get an appointment with a specialist. If you are late for a doctor's appointment, standing in line because the recording screen does not work, there will be no appointment. And no one will do anything. Just "sorry". But it would be necessary to suggest the nearest time for a visit to a doctor, to take care of the patient, but this is not in the rules of this "treatment" institution. I do not advise anyone!
