Absolutely disgraceful place .Especially now Dr Carasco has left .Used to be the best .
The amount of people that have moved from the practice says it all.

Unlike some of the other reviews for Bentley, I think this practice is fantastic.
Each time I go for any issue I may have I receive outstanding care. The reception staff are always trying to ensure you get the right care and very professional. The nurse practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The HCA’s are so kind and caring also. Doctor Carrasco is a fantastic and caring doctor. Very thorough and always goes above and beyond.

Since November last year I have been intimated by some of the nurses at this Practice I asked for more antibiotics and was told no and she started to tell me why I couldn't have more l said OK and I thought that was the end of it ( still have pain ) when I went back for a check up a few weeks later the nurse told me off for asking for more it was very uncomfortable and still not well I felt very intimated . I have had my medical condition discussed by a nurse and in the waiting room she told me how discussed she was I still don't know why. I asked to see the female Doctor only to be told the doctor said I was alright seeing the nurse so I could not have a second opinion My medication is coming later when I asked why I was told my perception was been reviewed l asked if the Doctor had approved the review l certainly wasn't she could not answer me .I have left this Practice

I'd rate 0 if I could. I called to ask for a fitnote for my daughter, trying to explain the reason for my call, receptionist talked over me, didn't want to listen, just asked my number and told me I'd have a questionnaire sent via text. End of the questionnaire stated someone would be in touch in 3 working days. I'm so angry, disgusted at the practice I've been with for over 20 years.

Excellent Care from all staff I’ve met so far. Suggest low reviewers compare with other UK, global providers and check their attitude towards this hardworking, caring team in one of the hardest sectors under attack from Government - especially if they voted for current one. Nursing there is outstanding.

The nurses are great, shame about the system they have. Once I got a telephone appt via a phone call for an infection, then a few months later I have the same infection as before and I have to go through an online booking thing (which I can't see/or doesn't link me to anything) Your probability of getting an appointment depends if the call receiver can be bothered to deal with it at the time.. Good luck.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews but that’s not my experience ,my nurse Louise is amazing she really does her upmost to help her patients ,she listens honesty I cannot speak highly enough she’s currently helping me deal with chronic pain ,she also see’s my two disabled sons who are quite complex in there meds she is so accommodating ,patient , caring and deals with their needs with such a compassion

Very friendly receptionist who kept us informed of our wait time unprompted. A pleasant, clean and comfortable waiting room. Nurse practitioner had a lovely bedside manner.
