A family member was here for a couple of weeks for respite care. Nice friendly staff, doing their best for the residents.They seem overworked and exhausted though .Food was completely indifferent ?, just a couple of sandwiches and a banana for dinner.They need to up their game on this front.

A year ago this review would have been one star but in the last 6-7 months or so this place has really turned around, residents love the activities and wellbeing has greatly improved, the nurses are kind and helpful. definitely a good one!!

The non-stop screaming and howling of the residents is driving me insane. It goes on relentlessly all night. One lady is particularly bad after 1am and keeps me awake all night with her constant wailing and shrieking. It's been going on 6 months. I have sympathy for these people suffering dementia, but a residential area isn't the place for patients like this. Living near this care home is a total nightmare.

The worst nursing home ever neglected my nan left her in the Same position for over a week never helped her get out of bed into her wheelchair even when she pressed her buzzer they took about half hour to ever see her and see what she needed or to check if she was ok the staff are so bad communication was terrible half her folder was missing stuff where they didnt fill it out absolutely the worst nursing home so not recommend at all ?

We live adjacent to this home and it has got so bad in recent months with the constant noise of the residents. During the day they scream in the garden, at night relentlessly out of open windows, even at 3AM. It is like living in a lunatics asylum here. The owner should give it a go! Numerous people have tried to complain but they do not answer emails.

A 14 day quarantine for new residents because of covid but dementia patients and staff not wearing masks and wondering into my mum's room, sitting on her bed messing with her stuff. No control of patients and no dignity for my mum, this home is terrible and not treating covid seriously. Will take my mum out of there as soon as possible.

My friend was discharged from hospital May 23rd on visiting she seemed to be realy happy and settled staff very friendly The manager answered all my questions in a positive and reassuring manner on looking at activities and food woud say a deff 4 stars CB

Sent polite email to complain about the noise of this place at all hours of the night. No response from them whatsoever. I am now going to complain to the council.
