As an activity coordinator at Bentley Court Care Home, I have had the incredible opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and compassionate team that truly cares for our residents. The environment here is warm and welcoming, making it a wonderful place for both staff and residents alike.

The management is supportive and encourages creativity, allowing us to design engaging and fun activities that cater to the diverse interests of our residents. From themed events to gameshows, every day is an opportunity to create joyful moments and foster connections within our community.

I’m particularly proud of our recent Brazilian-themed summer fete, where we successfully raised a huge amount for our residents. It’s a testament to our team's hard work and commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.

The positive feedback we receive from families and residents alike motivates us to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve. Bentley Court is not just a care home; it's a vibrant community where everyone feels valued, and I am grateful to be a part of it.

been wonderful! The home is always clean, smells fresh, and provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive to all the residents, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. There is a wide variety of activities available, from arts and crafts to music sessions, keeping the residents engaged and happy. Recently, they hosted a fun 'Staff Got Talent' show, which brought so much joy to everyone! It’s clear the team goes above and beyond to create a positive and lively environment. Today we finished our work experience placement with our college students, we have been coming every two weeks since the beginning of the year. The care home has been absolutely fantastic, so patient and caring towards our students. Giving them opportunities to learn and grow. Grant, Rachel and Brian have been so supportive and welcoming to us all. From the time you arrive to when you leave it feels like you’re part of the family. It’s a beautiful care home and it’s been a pleasure to be part of the garden transformation with Brian and to get to know some of the residents.Thanks again everyone at Bentley court care home, especially Grant and Rachel xx

I'm having my working experience at Bentley Court Care Home. And since I started, it had been fantastic experience. The team are supportive, I have learnt a lot about elder care with short period of time. The residents are wonderful and friendly. I enjoyed spending time with them, and wouldn't think of going somewhere else. The staff are doing a great job, genuinely investing in theri wellbeing. I highly recommend Bentley Court Care Home.

If the manager and her "mate" could be bothered to show relatives of a prospective resident around the home instead of gossiping about them in their office I may have given the home a better score. Maybe why the home is not well led. Perhaps appearing a little more professional would help massively?
