I've only recently been a patient at this surgery.
In this brief time i have found the Doctors and pharmacists to be proactive and pay attention to detail. Their receptionists, both Jean and the other lovely lady are huge assets and unlike so many Dr's receptionists are down to earth and genuine in their helpfulness.
I had thought practices like this had died off in the 80s along with the GP home visits.
Thank you Benett way. Despite all the difficulties we all face, Your show it is still possible to offer an exceptional service.

Nobody ever answers the phone at Bennett Way Surgery in the afternoon, I have called several times for lengthy periods and not been answered, had to walk to the surgery with my telephone ringing in my hand to find the receptionist is nowhere to be seen. Additionally, they are always running behind on appointments despite there being no other patients in sight.

My wife tried to get an appointment booked this morning for my 16 year old daughter to discuss her blood test results as the Bennets way surgery have recieved my daughter's test results and left an answer message for my wife to contact them to arrange an appointment to discuss the test results.

My wife attempted to contact the surgery 97 times this morning and when she eventually got through but she was told that all the appointment slots had been filled and that she was to try again tomorrow.

This is unacceptable as me my wife and daughter are now left distressed until tomorrow (and that is if we can even get an appointment tomorrow) not knowing what the blood test results have identified as being wrong with my daughter.

By far the best surgery from the merge. Swanscombe health centre is my registered practice, but since the merge, I can never get through to them on the phone, and often waiting over an hour to be told there are no appointments! I once was asked if I could go to Bennett Way, which I accepted despite this being a bit of a drive, however I am so pleased I did, ever since then I have always came back here, the receptionist, nurse and doctors are all extremely helpful and friendly. You are always greeted with a smile. The receptionist and nurse even squeezed my daughter in for a blood test after seeing the GP, to safe me queuing at Gravesend hospital.

I was pretty impressed with the improvements made to the group of surgeries. The receptionists are attentive and the GPs whom myself and my daughter have had consultations with are thorough and helpful. Queuing time for booking a same day appointment is still poor but cannot blame the staff for this

If I had a strange phone service from GP is Bennet. For almost one year everytime I call I had to wait morethan 20 minutes. Sometimes not even possible to access my booking appointment. I have no idea what is going on in their reception.

I called them asking for help the my MH but when I called all I got was call back a 8 o'clock in the morning and then I said I don't think I will be a life and then she said if u are not then they will cancel my my record. WHAT HELP

Could not praise not just the two doctors I have seen but the reception staff were so caring, in all my 55 years have never felt so reassured .
