Would like to thank Bev in the admin department who has gone above and beyond to get my referral out to the correct hospital within a time frame that suited me. I am in so much pain, which I don't feel the hospitals could comprehend. I know how difficult it is given the number of patients the NHS is having to deal with these days and not having the facilities available to meet the demands. But Bev did everything she could and went the extra mile!!!!

Why are the receptionists so awful? Do they truly hate their jobs that much? They're lazy, rude and feckless. They lose referrals, ignore change of address slips, and tbh, they have a lot of responsibility with the admin involved and it's dangerous. I've seen 3 different doctors here and each time, they're unhelpful, condescending and always, without fail, just advise me to 'come back' at some point rather than dealing with the problem there and then. Not to mention the complaints procedure is unclear and leads you in circles. This is against NHS policy, where complaints are supposed to be clear and easy to make. If I had any other choice, I'd go somewhere else, but this is England, we're stuck with rubbish GPs who just don't care. I wish just once, they would offer their receptionists more training, and find a GP who actually cares about their patients. If you can go anywhere else, I'd recommend.

Only one star because you have to use a star to leave a review. This place was great once a long time ago and it’s fallen to bits. The online booking system is so unreliable and after moving GPs was when I realised how bad this one actually is. No information (which is your right to know) is ever even uploaded to the NHS app and god forbid if you ever have to chase up information that isn’t general the reception is so rude and miserable. Only a handful of good GPs at this surgery and the ones that are bad are seriously bad. Makes you question how they got a job when they lack any care for patients at all. One doctor asked me what’s wrong said its this and laughed when i tried to say I’ve researched and know its not this problem and then months down the line with a new GP i am diagnosed with this problem. Shut it down and replace with a better GP

Need medication can't put request in on the phone can't go to reception with the paper request tried to order on pharmacy2u but they can't because need to do it directly with the surgery now I'm left without medication online services don't work need photo Identification and I don't have that so now had to do an emergancy prescription at the pharmacy why make it so hard! It's gone so downhill recently I think it's time I moved.

Unfortunately this GP practice has gone downhill significantly. After booking weekly appointments and being told it was nothing to worry about and being sent away, I paid £300 for a private scan and what was found ended up in me having surgery 6 months after first visiting the GP.

Since this incident in 2023 they messed up the dosage of medication which I noticed after researching on google, this then caused significant stress and costs. If possible I would avoid this practice. They never answer their phones and will keep you on hold for hours, however when you are in the surgery they are often just ignoring calls and leave the phones to ring. Staff should not be working with the public and definitely not in the medical field

This is by far the worst surgery I have ever dealt with, took then gp 3 months to sign a form so I could get my medication after been transferred from specialists. Then when that was done I requested my medication and it just sat in their e Mail for three weeks with nothing been done. Then told have to have an appointment with gp had an appointment booked no phone call they blamed an it issue so had booked another appointment and again no one has called me. So it has been 4-5 months now and I’m in crisis without my meds and they just don’t care and also the front desk staff are beyond rude. Do not use this gp surgery
