My husband has been in Belmont View since the end of April, my daughter and I are so happy with the way the staff care for the residents. David the manager and his team have been so supportive and helpful. We know that they have the residents safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. Both my parents lived in Belmont view for a number of years and I can not praise the ethos, the staff or the building enough. It is a diamond in the rough.
It feels like the staff work in the people's home rather than the people being at their place of work and this makes a massive difference to happiness and respect 🙂
