florence at reception was very rude to a few people. totally understand the fact that there may not be appointments available or people turned up late but she didn’t need to be so rude to those who clearly have ill health. however, i’ll give 5 stars as the doctor who helped me was lovely very reassuring. pauline was supporting me and she was also very lovely. i was terrified going into the appointment but both reassured me.

This clinic should be closed and the doctors working there should get a job at Tesco as cashiers. They don't listen to what the patient says. I informed the doctor that I have asthma and steroids are bad for me. He prescribed steroids. I asked him to order a lung x-ray. He pretended not to hear me. Google probably told him that.

I called them this morning to book an appointment. I was at the A&E in the weekend with irregular heartbeat. They told me at 8.15am that they fully booked and open only for half days due to training. That's just unacceptable. When we need GP they are just not there for us. I'm changing this awful ignorant service 100% as this is not the first time when I've a trouble with them

They gave me a call to cancel my appointment just for 5 minutes before, I already was in the clinic at the moment. The GP who took me instead was the worst GP I have ever met. She devalue my health's problem and couldn't hide her dissatisfaction from nessecity to take me as a patient.

Poor consultation from the doctor. Can't understand the concept of booking 3appoints for having back, neck and shoulder pain. I seriously thought it was a joke but guess what NHS is a joke. Couldn't even take 5 minutes to treat the issue. I am not even sure why I paid NHS fee as an immigrant, given an option I would have opted for a private medical insurance for the same money I paid.
