I've only visited this medical centre once, but I must say, I was impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the nurses. tried getting an appointment with my gp,called at 8m and was told because i had an eye problem i need to call an optician and ive got a few numbers if you want by the most unprofessional receptionist ,i called back after i was told by the optician told me to call that she didnt have any appointments and was answered who said you need to see the pharmacist(another fob off) as i had already seen the pharmacist but she literally put the phone down on me,terrible practice and totally unprofessional people that seem to think that they can make judgement on your health so please be warned,this medical practice needs reporting for this

Called explaining I had important appointment for my son so needed my medication on the thursday today not tomo as I cant move without the medication. And can't get it till 9 am and appointment was at 9
30 am in Manchester was told basically tough were not doing it witch means I can't take my son to the appointment that waited year for. I asked talk to doctor got told no and then they hung up what a disgusting practice this is they think they can control people life's for fun what a joke

The 1 stars are for a receptionist made me feel horrendous my 2 year old was running around I kept getting her but she was so rude to me practically told me to glue her to the chair basically I was waiting 40 mins so my toddler was bound to get bored as they aren't equipped covid or not they need a few toys for the young ones even if it mean donation not expecting them to buy but I was crying on the doctor she humiliated me I didn't get her name unfortunately but It was an awful experience for me with anxiety. The doctors are a 5 star from me just need to sort certain receptionists.

I’ve had very poor service from 2 different receptionists at this surgery one being a man and the other a woman named Charlotte who seem to think they are doctors and can speak to you like dirt and refuse to give you either a face to face or telephone appointment telling me it can wait a week that it’s not urgent and then put the phone down on me I rang back and had the phone put down on me again .you need to
Teach your reception team some manners and social skills as a patient I’m disgusted how I have been treated there is one lovely lady that works on the reception I don’t know her name but she is definitely the best one there by a long long way

They leave you without important drugs and don’t care either. I’ve been without medication for 3 days and they don’t help you at all. It used to be a great surgery but since covid no one can be bothered to do their job.

Shocking. Been trying to get an appointment for 7 weeks. Samantha the receptionist wont give me one. Keeps saying go to pharmacy then states they dont know what theyre talking about and to see a different one. Pharmacist says i need an urgent app and receptionist is now saying if its gone on for 7 week i no longer need an appointment. Extremely rude and arrogant on the phone

Have been under this Doctors for over 10 year and until covid-19 hit they were great the best.
But over the last 3 yr there concerns have dropped from a 98% to 35%
They have no concerns for serious medical conditions at all.
And fighting the Bull dogs to get an appointment is 100% ridiculous.
They now seem to think they have xray vision and can see all illnessess over the phone.
They have Dr ringing you yet you dont even know who this Dr is and Omg they drone on about OBESITY i take 3 insulin shots aday i eat less than a rabbit have no control over my bloods and have NO HELP from anyone.
People find another go service i would but my autistic grandaughter wont.
