Put my mum in here for respite for 2 weeks. She lasted 1 and a half weeks. Ended up in hospital with a chest infection and a urine infection due to staff not taking her to the toiler. She was told" staff are on their break" no staff and on one occasion waited 4.5 hours by which time it was too late.
Lack of staff per resident ratio making it very unsafe. Staff unable to communicate with residents,
Mixed dementia and residential floors again increasing risk to vulnerable adults.
I would never ever place a loved one in here.
My suggestion to anyone who has a relative in there is move them out!
My mum ended up in hospital for almost a week on oxygen when the home said " it's viral"
CQC have been informed and so have the LA safeguarding team due to neglect!
DO NOT PUT ANYONE IN THIS FACILITY

My husband's only been here four weeks, having spent 4 months in hospital. All the staff in this short time have made him feel safe and comfortable. His whole mental wellbeing is greatly improved and he loves the environment and the lovely food. He needs 24/7 nursing care, but said its like being in a 5 star hotel.

If it were possible to leave a 1/2 star I would. Shockingly bad and wouldn't trust any of my loved ones here ever again. Under-staffed, awful food, poor levels of care and attention. It's not safe!
