I recently had a wisdom tooth taken out by Rob Banks at this practice. I kept putting it off month by month until the lovely staff convinced me to go for it! I’m so glad that I did and can confirm every single person who works for this dental practice is amazing and has a great heart. Id had long chats with different members of staff who were so reassuring and caring. Cant recommend enough, thank you again.

I wanted to have my teeth whitened and to have some veneers put on my front four teeth on the top row. I had never been particularly conscious of my teeth, however I thought they could be better.
To go here and get this dental work done was one of the best decisions I've ever made, I feel I can smile properly in photos, and it has really helped my confidence.
My dentist Andy walked me through what he would be doing, the process was simple and painless, and the results have turned out better than I ever expected.
Even afterwards when a slight adjustment needed to be made, Andy was more than happy to do this and the small issue was swiftly sorted.

I couldn't recommend here enough if you are looking to get natural looking improvements made to your teeth. Thank you!

They managed to book me in very quickly and booked follow-up treatment appointments there and then. Their prices aren't bonkers, and they've done a great job with my teeth. I have had fear of the dentist since my childhood years. My neighbour recommended this practice as he and his family have attended for many years, I was dubious as had previously been to BUPA in Morpeth who were quite frankly appalling… anyway.. I plucked up the courage and registered… So to start with, they have the most amazing dental plan, please look into it…administrative staff and front of house were so helpful and caring..My dentist Andrew Cartner was so understanding of my fears, he was calm, and reassuring…he talked me through everything he did step by step and made me feel at ease … had a filling today and just want to say thank you …

I have been a client of Joanne Duggan & her team since she came to Bedlington. Joanne has helped me through some tough times on occasion & she & all her team have always been very supportive & kind. I grew up being terrified of the dentist & l feel quite calm & even "brave" before an appt with Joanne lol!! She has made me so very confident in her care. She's a great dentist, in all aspects of oral & dental hygiene. And a very nice person too. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else as l'm very happy indeed in the care of Joanne & her team.
