If I could give a 0 review I would as that would be the the equivalent of the service I've received. The patches and the NHS apps do not work and their IT department is a joke. The practice is unreachable, the Doctors are rude and dismissive and insensitive. It's almost impossible to get an appointment and you have to practically beg to get a repeat prescription. I've not spoken to one person who wouldn't leave if they could sign up with another practice. It almost feels like they want us all to go private!

Awful practice, even worse since the pandemic. Patient confidentiality concerns raised and never heard back- they kept cancelling my IUD fitting appointments for 2 years stating on different occassions that I was a) pregnant or b) already had one fitted, neither of which were true and there was no area for confusion here other than them speaking to another patient and writing this information on my record instead. When you finally get an appointment, especially for mental health if you are a female, they are dismissive, bored, rude and don't want to help.

Haven't had an issue once I've actually managed to see a Doctor or went into the surgery, but the whole Patches/Pod and every other automated service is honestly a joke and adds so much hassle to basic things such as repeat prescription requests let alone trying to get an appointment.

4* In Person Care (When you can actually get an appointment to see a Doctor or Nurse, or speaking to reception)

1* Service (As stated above, due to Patches/Pod and the overall hassle with monthly prescriptions and trying to obtain an appointment)

A dying surgery you cannot even book a proper appointment anymore I need to book a regular smear test and the patch’s system is never available. I have given up now and trying the local family planning clinic. Also refused to give antibiotics in a timely manner to a diabetic member of my family and despite numerous emails from the paget diabetic team they have not added new insulin onto a repeat prescription which surely is a fairly basic thing to do , my family members diabetic care has been permanently moved to the paget diabetic team due to the incompetence of beccles.

My wife had a medical issue and when we phoned the surgery the care navigator was extremely helpful. She spoke to a doctor explaining the problem and was seen straight away.Thank you for your help and excellent service we received at very short notice.

I have no views on the practice yet as I've just booked my 1st appointment... threw the ludicrously annoying Patches system! You can't hold the surgery responsible but I'm quite sure there are far better systems on the market that it doesn't take 58 times to be told something before it gets it right. (58 was an exaggeration by the way)

Patient confidentiality is a serious problem here!

My 27 year old daughter hasn't lived with me for 6 years, neither of us have changed our information or contact details recently, and yet suddenly this month all of her phone calls and texts from the medical centre have started coming to my phone number.

I've corrected them more than once, as has she, and yet this outrageous breach has continued. I know who she's seeing, what tests and appointments she's been booked into, and I have no right to know this without her consent! She has missed appointments due to me not checking my phone.

An official complaint will be made, but I strongly feel that others need to be aware that they may not have the level of confidentiality that they should be able to expect from this practice.

Frankly, I'm stunned.
