Visited here after my girlfriend had purchased a voucher online. It was five treatments each for £69. We didn't know what to expect because the price seemed too good to be true. However, the treatments were great. The girls who did our treatments were friendly and made us feel really at ease (I'm sorry, I can't remember their names). We honestly didn't want the massage to end. The complementary tea and cake for afterwards was nice, too. We will be back!

Fabulous time at The Retreat as always. Very accommodating for last minute changes for a colleague and made us all feel really special for the day. We had the Autumn Reviver deal with added hot tub and it was all fantastic. The massages and facials left us feeling 10 years younger!! Thank you very much, we will be back for more soon

Birthday treat for my daughter. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was lovely with drinks too. We loved our treatments. Food was excellent. We are looking to return in May. Parking was easy too. We both thoroughly enjoyed our spa day experience. Looking to find another perfect package to suit us both.

Me and my daughter Amelia had an amazing afternoon at Beauty Temple at the weekend. Amelia chose to come here for a post SATs treat for mum and daughter time. We loved the hot tub and waffles and mocktails and she loved her pampering and treatments. Thank you so much, can’t wait to return.

I had a pleasant time at Beauty Temple CD. The hot tub was peaceful (once the half term children had exited), the facilities were clean, the itinerary was well planned and I was directed accordingly to places I was unfamiliar with. My masseuse Elger was lovely, the ladies in the cafe were helpful and calm even though it was a very busy morning for them and the lady of reception (can’t remember her name but she remembered mine throughout the day) helped me through all aspects of the visit. I’d recommend it to others but be mindful that if you’d like an adults only experience you may want to visit an alternate venue like Ragdale or Eastwood Hall as BT are inclusive to families with small children which doesn’t suit everyone. Great value for money though for the package!!

As always everyone was very friendly and welcoming despite the salon being very busy with a children’s party. We were really well looked after. The afternoon tea was very yummy and there was plenty! The facial was as always perfect. Lauren was my 5* therapist.I also love the special deals which never disappoint. Another one booked today !!

My mum had a massage and facial for 2 for her birthday and she invited me to join her. It was so lovely! Back massage - just the right amount of pressure was applied. I really enjoyed the scalp massage and the hot cloth on my face. My mum really enjoyed her visit I think she definitely needed it 🙂
