I have recently resigned from working at beaufort, not because of the job itself but because I have started university, I wanted to say a big thank you for my time with you and being flexible in my work hours, but i felt with university and a child it would be too much to continue on. the staff are brilliant and I'm going to miss all of you, so thanks to you all for my time there! I have learnt so much from everyone and I hope to pop in from time to time and see you all

At Beaufort Hall, we have an open door policy where relatives and visitors can meet with us to discuss any concerns they have.

We receive consistently good feedback from relatives, which we have on display in the reception area.

All of the team wear uniform and these are laundered on site to ensure that everyone's uniform is fresh and clean for each shift.

We have a weekly Activities Schedule with residents having 1-1 sessions and group sessions where they enjoy a range of activities such as baking, clay making, gentle seated exercises, carpet bowls just to name a few.

We have monthly singing entertainment, we are able to send the residents requests in advance and the professional singer includes the requests in their act. This is a very popular event and there is an open invitation to relatives and friends.

We have a monthly Residents Meeting where residents are able to have their voice about the service and this is a very positive experience for them.

We are fully staffed, which is testimony to the team and how welcome individuals feel when they join us at Beaufort Hall.

The local GP is based with us on alternate Fridays and has a complete update of the residents needs, visiting those who may be unwell or who have ongoing health issues. This has been very beneficial for everyone in the home and it means that any concerns are dealt with promptly as the support continues following the visit.

There is a wealth of experience on the team and the feedback we receive reflects this: Quote from a family member " I have always been totally confident in the care that you gave my Aunt. You have been brilliant in constantly communicating with me and keeping me up to date with her latest condition".

At the heart of Beaufort Hall, our priority is the overall well being and safety of the residents.

We recently visited a friend of ours and found the decor and furniture like something from a car boot sale the place was very dark and drab needs modernising the staff seemed very pleasant and welcoming but the whole ambience wasnt appealing

Glad to see there improving,the leadership 2 plus years ago was awful at best,removed two family members from there,so any improvement is going in the wright direction.worst place ever.
