It was suggested by my dentist to go and have some sessions with Beau as I have a real Fear of dentists. I had 8 sessions and OMG miracles have literally happened in all aspects of my life. I now have self Belief. Yesterday I had a 2 hour procedure at the dentist and I was calm, had hardly any pain, was relaxed and was my best experience by a mile. I imagine like many people I was sceptical of hypnotherapy at first, but I couldn't of been more wrong. I was suffering with anxiety and depression when I went to see Beau and through his amazing work and explanations of concepts and theories he helped me understand why I might be feeling like this. I went to see Beau as I was having an issue with a workplace exam phobia.
Even though I’ve had to confront this phobia once every year, for some reason this year it just threatened to get the better of me.
Beau worked wonders in just two sessions...he made me realise that I was in control of my reactions and that I could overcome my fear. He taught me to focus on my feelings and how to not let the anxiety get the better of me, but instead focus on how I’d feel at the end of the exam.
His help was invaluable and meant that I was able to complete my exam with no problems.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to everyone!

I've gone to see Beau twice now for two different reasons. Both times I started seeing him, I was in quite a bad way. First time I was experiencing really bad anxiety and panic attacks caused by a lot of things but mainly social situations and it developed to the point were i struggled to do things like talk and leave the house.

The second time I came to see him was a few year later when i had been very ill for a couple of years and i was struggling with a lot things but mainly the issue was depression and negative thinking.

Now i can honestly say i am in a much better head space and i attribute a lot of that to coming to see Beau. I have learned a lot from the help/advice, techniques and hypnotherapy sessions. After the first time i had finished seeing Beau i really did overcome everything i wanted to and i was is a much better place because of it. Now I feel like i am on the same track again, which is great!
