My partner registered with the practice and within days had an appointment to sort an urgent prescription. During the appointment he felt listened to and heard by Dr Chandra, who also went on to arrange a further appointment with a specialist for the following week- something which totally exceeded our expectations. Last Monday, my daughter had her 1-year vaccination appointment at this GP. I was very impressed with the service. The nurse was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel more comfortable as a parent.

The GP clinic is clean, and the reception area had plenty of informative leaflets that included everything you might need to know. The only suggestion I would have is to include the triage hours in the information provided, as that would be helpful for patients who may need it. Overall, I’m very happy with the care we received!

Turned up randomly Monday morning & due to the helpful staff got a blood test immediately & also was able to get a prostate test. Have had e mails daily checking up on my blood pressure checks.

Bearwood Medical Centre go above and beyond to support my complex needs. Every body from the admin staff, to the nursing staff and to the Drs are excellent. A wonderful team.
The NHS is under extreme pressure, and even in these circumstances the staff always try to do their best to be supportive and helpful. By pulling together, and communicating well things get done and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I transferred to the bearwood medical centre earlier this year as I was very dissatisfied with my pervious doctors. I am very happy with my new doctor, the service is excellent. I have had many face to face appointment, the doctors are fantastic, giving me plenty of time to discuss my issues. I could not be happier
The reception and administration team are always friendly and helpful
I have had 3 seperate recent blood tests recently, the nurse got my vein first time on all three occasions, I have very thin veins and nervous of blood tests, she was friendly and made me feel relaxed
