I can’t believe the wonderful service I’ve received from the Swanscombe group. Absolutely brilliant. Got a doctors appointment on the day then referrals and appointments from Darent Valley the next day. From phone calls to seeing receptionists as well as doctors, can’t fault them. I changed from my closest practice in New Ash Green due to the exact opposite of my treatment here. Things are very difficult with the NHS as we all know but I couldn’t have had better service anywhere. Thank you. (J.Blev)

I think it's important to give credit where a service calls for it - especially because all I heard before registering with a GP in Swanscombe was complaint after complaint - and I was so reluctant about leaving my former GP who I'd been with my whole life. But my husband and I both saw Dr Ban Al Rawi at this surgery who was absolutely wonderful and a credit to the profession. This was my first encounter with the surgery and it felt like i'd been a patient for much longer. The ladies on the front desk were lovely and Dr Al Rawi explained medical points well, listened well, considered our medical history and gave a holistic view of our health. The NHS has its flaws (we all do) - but I'm really grateful for service providers like these. Gold standard.

Today I attended the practice and felt like I wanted to give a comment on my experience. Dr Ban Al Rawi took into account my medical history, I was encouraged to ask questions, Dr Rawi listened to me and I felt I was allowed to make up my own mind.

Dr Rawi explained everything to me and I left feeling that I had, had a very positive consultation. Thank you Dr Rawi 🙏🏻

Wasn't even registered for months but told i had been. Asked on 3 separate occasions to take in my ID. Problems setting me up on the online prescription service and again going backwards and forwards, then to be told the prescription team cannot help! Being passed from pillar to post and just sheer incompetence. Never had any issues with lowfield medical centre. Unfortunately, I moved to greenhithe and now have this headache. Now it's a Saturday and I am on the phone to 111, awaiting referral to am out of hours doctor, because they discontinued my medication. It's absurd. I will be leaving the practice first thing on Monday.
