Excellent building, great surgeries, plenty of parking including an ample number of electric car chargers, offering great value electric car charging.

Receptionist is soooooo slow. Had to wait far too long to ask a simple question.

I noticed This is not a disabled friendly place , if you need to use their wheelchairs they are kept hidden away in the storage behind reception!!!!! This means a delay as you have to wait in line and ask the very slow receptionist for Access to a wheelchair.
The wheelchairs should be available ready for use in reception. Patients should not have to ask permission to borrow one. This is not just inconvenient it makes a disabled person feel that they are less than. It is not right at all.

The check in system does not tell you which room the doctor is in so you have to wait in line to ask which room, if you dont ask you wont know whether to wait upstairs or downstairs.

Also if you need a sample pot you have to wait in line to ask. These are not available to.pick up they are kept at the back of reception desk.

Very poor and inefficient set up considering this is a brand new medical centre.

All the doctors we have seen seem very good and easy to talk to

Impressive new facility with ample parking. Computer self check-in was extremely efficient and it took less than a minute to be seen by a Dr at the fixed appointment time. Very grateful to have this centre in Beaconsfield.

Same rude and officious staff, moved to a different location.
See the 50+ 2 star reviews for 'The Simpson Centre'.
Nice new building, pity the reception staff had to move too.

Simpson centre is inside this medical centre and is a GP surgery. We have had nothing but great experiences from the GP's here. Thoroughly recommended.
