Had ENT appointment at Beacon. It was unexpectedly quick. I got a place on cancellation on Sunday. Very convenient timing for me. Excellent car parking facilities. Reception staff very courteous and polite. Seen the specialist who was very good both professionally and on individual basis. He explained everything to me very clearly and nicely. The nurse in the clinic was also very courteous and good.
I had very nice overall experience

I was absolutely terrified of having an endoscopy. The nursing staff and dr were lovely and got me through the procedure. The nurse called Lisa (I think) had all the qualities of a fantastic nurse and made me feel at ease. The reason I’m giving it a 4 is the staff who called me need some work on their customer service delivery. Couldnt get me off the phone quick enough. Especially when they had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. No real apology. That said, faultless experience when I was actually at the centre

Hi,
I had my endoscopy today by Dr Beata Kompo and there was nurse i think called Lisa, omg they were so helpful so kind and because i was so scared of this scan as this was the second attempt, the first one i couldn't do it, but this time the whole team gave me some time after giving me the throat numb spray, i just thought i cant i just cant do it ever, but Lisa nurse and Dr kompo said just focus on breathing thats it wont take too long, then i just lay down and started breathing lisa was kept saying just think that you are somewhere near the beach oh god i started imagining i am in a heaven 😂 and i didn't even realise what's going around me or even in my body 🙂‍↔️, They are magical team, please give them my love lots of love and respect for their work they do.

Endoscopy today went smoothly, surprisingly so, but I was absolutely disgusted by the manner of the consultant. I'm a totally average size 12/14, so having "obesity" listed on my "list of conditions" (just from looking me up and down, no actual weighing...), was downright rude, as well as the comment to my face as I sat on the bed about "having a bit of weight". This had absolutely nothing to do with putting a camera down my throat. The most appalling unpersonable bedside manner I've ever encountered. Consider this a direct complaint against Mr Karim Muhammad.

I had an MRI scan appointment which when i was called i told i could only make at 10 am. They told me to come 20 minutes before.They did not tell me it was appointment at 9:40.Thought it was a waiting time. I reached here at 9:45 and they did not do my MRI SCAN.
The staff who talked to me was very rude and was closing the door even before my questions were not complete.Very rude behaviour from the staff.I was having severe back pain and was referred to physio after this scan.And i missed it for this.Very bad service.

I had minor surgery at the clinic a week ago and the service was exemplary: from the receptionist, to nurse and the surgeon, Dr Al-Hamarneh, everyone was helpful and very professional.
