Applied for a loan in 2019, and was referred to these people for a “debt relief program”, that cost me approximately $230 a month (for 3 years), in which they stated to stop paying on all accounts, they would handle correspondence with debt collectors, ensure collection agencies validate the debt after Beacon disputes, send cease and desist letters, etc. all things a consumer could handle themselves, but the idea of someone else making it their job to handle my mess sounded good. I was also told, if I followed their program, I would have a 700 credit score upon completion of the program, and they would help me apply for a card.

After 3 years, my credit score was 560, and I ended up getting sued by 4 of the creditors, and paying them in full.

And just when I thought it was all over (I completed the program in late 2022), I received another judgment in the mail today.

It feels like $8k was stolen from me and there’s nothing I can do about it.

If a company doesn’t keep their word, the consumer suffers. But, if a human doesn’t keep their word, we suffer.

When I signed up with this company, I was looking for a debt consolidation loan. Your 'salesman' told me I didn't qualify for a loan, but they had a debt rehabilitation program that had a guarantee. I asked how the process worked. I was told that we would stop paying on the bills, and you would negotiate a settlement and the amount I was paying you, was to pay for the settlement plus your fees. I have paid Beacon company 7K and I am getting accounts that are being sent to attorneys.... Castle group has not done anything to help with this matter.

I have paid over 7 K and I still OWE all my accounts. None of they were behind when I started, I was looking to consolidate and pay one payment to make it more manageable. I would have been so much closer to being debt free almost 1/2 way there and now I am in the same boat as I was previously ....just MINUS a ton of money!

Over 7 K to mail / email out a few letters.... sure seems like a scam. I researched your company when I started and found good things....I thought that this was legit. Now if you search your company, there are a ton of people complaining about the same thing.

Your guarantee was that you would pay us $1000 if you couldn't get our credit score over 700 during this program. What did we get? nothing other than a poor credit rating. Everytime I asked when we would start seeing results or things falling off our credit report, I was told to be patient, it takes time. Well over a year ago I received the first Congratulations this has been disputed and you won't hear from them again..... WRONG! I cannot believe how dishonest this company is. They turned off my account, so I cannot even log in to get any information (good thing I saved everything first). I have email after email and call after call telling me that you had settled my account. I will be reporting your company to the BBB and anywhere else I can, to stop others from falling prey to this scheme.

Most importantly I told them not to charge my bank account they waited one week and then they still charged. That’s called stealing that was the first thing that made me realize it was a scam Second of all every time I talk to these people on the phone it’s a different person who doesn’t know about my situation and I could say anything and they would agree it seems like a scam to me. They’re constantly telling me that they’re waiting on some things to happen and then something will happen. Well I know it’s going to happen my creditors are going to sue me and I will have paid $200 a month for nothing and then I will still have to pay my creditors back. This place is a scam it should not be legal.
The very first lady who called me wanting to help me get out of debt was definitely American spoke fluent English and seem to be a real down to earth person and honest. But now I realize she probably gets paid the most to be that way so that she tricked people into the scam do not pay these people no money if you can afford to pay something and pay your actual creditors My name is Ryan Frix and this is a true story now I’ve been spending almost 2 weeks trying to get in touch with my creditors to settle up with myVery simple debt that I should’ve just paid off to begin with

Being in the program from may 2019 until Jan 27 2021. This company is a fraud. They stole $16,666.60. Was paying $833.3/month. Had a lot of debt, now no more) I thought all was well, until November 2020 getting sued and again in January 2021, called the creditors and they said “no ones been in contact” or we see you “dispute account but took no father action”. Long story short I settled the accounts myself and was able to get the lawsuits dropped. They are crooks, and I’m not backing down. I could of been done. And no refund, not sitting with me, you people did nothing! But lie, cheat, and lie!

Less than one lies lies lies thats what they are good for. Never trust them. I am being sued be abuse I put my trust in them to settle credit card accounts and now best advice, go face court and see if I can get some kind of settlement alone. Real troopers. Full of lies. Thank you Supervisor Marco for all the lies you told me. Lies lies. So helpful we have to borrow money to buy groceries.

They take a monthly fee for months and months but never once talk to your delinquent accounts to negotiate payment plans. They stole over $1600 before I cancelled their services. Not one penny was paid to any of my credit card accounts. A RIP off!! I was told I could cancel at anytime. Went to another company, they have me on track and I actually see where money is going!

This company gladly took my monthly payments. Gave me bogus advice to just ignore creditors, as if they'll go away by ignoring them. They said they would help but they did not in the end. They washed their hands and did not provide the service they say they offer. Don't waste your time and money!

This place is the BEST. Lorena is great to work with. Very attentive engaged and friendly. Also my debt is slowly going away, not paying for high APRs that would get me no where. She guided me every step of the way. You can do well here if you participate in everything they ask you to. Don’t be lazy about the process and it will work 1000% for you.
