Terrific experience!
My spouse and I needed Covid and Antibody tests. Found Beacon through co-worker recommendation. Called Monique for an appointment early and was taken right away. Staff are super kind! -professional and highly informed. The final results for both tests took maybe 10min? While we waited Don explained the current understanding of how this virus works. The best time period to test -and then exactly how their technology was determining the results from our samples. Amazing! Also received email with documented results within a day. Just can't say enough positive things about this lab. Thank you!

Awesome experience! Staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process and gave us helpful information about COVID, which allows us to have a piece of mind and better understanding on the current situation. Results were emailed to us with a personal note and comprehensive report. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service & care! We needed to get quick COVID results for a family member and called on a Saturday and left a voicemail, knowing very well that we wouldn't get a call back until Monday. Much to our surprise Don called us back THAT night about 7pm (we were shocked) and rearranged his schedule to get us in next morning so that we could get results and go about our busy week of school & sports. He was not only friendly upon greeting, but took us back into the office and explained in detail the process of testing and results. We left his office so grateful that kind people still do exist and TRULY care to help others during this difficult time! I have already recommended Don and his office to others and will continue to do so!

We had the most amazing experience with Don and Mo. They are so passionate about helping people and also teaching them about COVID-19. We learned so much and Don was so knowledgeable and he helped us understand all aspects of COVID symptoms and how your body is affected and how it tries to fight it off. beacon biomedical is the best place to get your testing done. the people there are very very sweet and make your visit as nice as it can possibly be. i had to go there to get a covid test done for my work twice to make sure the first time wasn’t a false negative and both visits were absolutely wonderful!
