Be Well Barn is set in the beautiful Suffolk Countryside. If you are looking for the ultimate peaceful environment to relax Be Well Barn is the perfect place for you. I had the pleasure of visiting one of the Spa Pods. The Spa Pods provide an exclusive area just for you and your party. The changing space is adequate for a group of four. I was particularly impressed by the inclusion of handrails within the wetroom and a seat within the shower space for those who may need extra support whilst showering. The main pod contains two loungers and a small sofa-style wicker bench perfect for lounging between uses of the spa amenities. The spa pod offers the chance to enjoy heat therapy in the steam room. With simple settings to allow a smooth and uncomplicated experience. With a fresh scent, the aroma makes it easy to sit back and relax and lose yourself in time.
Outside of the pod on the decking provides a private area with a wonderful countryside view. Perfect for enjoying the hot tub if you ask me! The hot tub has 3 different jet settings to provide the ultimate relaxing vibes. In addition to the hot tub, you are provided with a premium plunge pool to offer a change from heat therapy to cool water therapy. We ended the trip with a drop into the cafe, which offered a range of snacks, drinks and fantastic service. Overall I would highly recommend the Be Well Barn. Its pricing is relatively low for the experience you can have. I'll most definitely be coming back to enjoy the other facilities soon! The staff we met were incredibly polite and massively contributed to the smooth and peaceful environment. Thank you for having us.

Been members here since it opened and love it. Great atmosphere with friendly staff (and supportive members) facilities are brilliant and we love our spa pod sessions with our friends when we hire a pod and a order a round of beers and have a great spa session and catch up.

Had a fantastic, long overdue date with my husband in one of the spa pods and a wonderful breakfast after at the Suffolk Jungle cafe. Relaxing in the hot tub, listening to the bird songs, feeling my every muscle letting go of the tension, freeing my mind and being in the moment again. A fee moments in the sauna covered me whole like a warm blanket of safety and I dozed off on the sunlounger. The whole atmosphere at the Be Well barn just vibrates tranquility.
We love Jungle cafe and their nourishing food for body and soul.
We are already planning when to leave our toddler with grandparents and have our next relaxing date there.

Had a lovely visit to the well barn today, we went to the jungle room cafe & their healthy food options and holiday-feel like seating area was beautiful especially in the sunshine!. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a delicious and healthy meal. We are definitely returning to try out their fitness and spa pods in the near future!

This is such a wonderful place, set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. The facilities are first class with a lovely cafe providing freshly prepared food. There are a range of classes for all abilities and the instructors are all very knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.
