I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Katie & Nikolas. I had the first half of my root canal today, and as someone with a huge phobia of needles, I arrive to appointments very very nervous. These two were just brilliant - I was immediate put at ease by their relaxed and friendly manner. They allowed me all the time I needed before the injection, guided me through my breathing and provided a friendly hand on the shoulder and encouraging words - an absolute dream to someone with a phobia! Thank you. I’ve also had the same experience with Beth who was just brilliant and super knowledgeable.

I’ve been coming to Bay View since I was a child & what stands out is the friendliness of all the staff, the smiles at reception and the competent and knowledgeable dentists.

My family and I have been patients at your Practice for 20+ years. My now adult children came here for their first ever appointments! My daughter always had such good experiences she decided to go into the dentist industry herself as a profession.
