Dapper M

Looking for 6 suits for my daughter wedding.
All bought from Dapper m, who came highly recommended , we thought,

I cannot stress strongly enough how Dapper m let us down.
nearly ruined the wedding,
and our stress levels went way to high.

2 weeks before the big day .
5 out of six suits went away for alterations all came back with problems. sleeves and trouser either to long or too short, and jackets wrong.
we complained to Dapper M, they did not want to help at all , and just laid the blame on the tailor stating she was under too much pressure.

Some suits came back with holes to the cuffs and lining ! To be told by one of the owners these were access holes, was an absolute joke,

And then told if more alterations were needed ? they would be out of profit .
After us spending well over £2000.

Again No thoughts on the wedding being less then 2 weeks away, and the stress it was causing.

Alterations on some suits had to be done at another tailors and paid for again, as we did not trust dapper m to get them back on time or being wrong yet again ,

PLEASE If you’re thinking of going to Dapper M, for wedding suits ? Or any Other suits
I would strongly reconsider. And buy at another shop , at least your get better customer after care
As dapper m had None.
Was more interested in their profit

I would never buy from this shop ever again .

And if you do decide to buy from them
Please check the security tags as our best man’s jacket still had his attached on the day of the wedding.

With a smart birthday to attend next weekend, I checked my tired looking wardrobe. Nothing doing.

I don't like shopping, so made Dapper M my first stop. - They were amazing. Really lovely.

And suggested a number of great options, until we had a highly versatile set of new clothes.

Dapper M was my first - and last stop. - A really enjoyable experience. Sorted!

I love to come in to look, its a beautiful shop. The staff are just Amazing and can't do enough for you. The Window displays always look just fabulous .... Well done , prices are good. Now you do wallpaper and bedding .. life just can't get any better . A very happy customer. Thank you Maria

Dapper m is not just a place to get some new threads. The owners first dressed me for my wedding and gave me a belt as a wedding present. I am terrible when it comes to dressing myself, the lads there made me comfortable and really helped, Dan knows fashion and has helped me dress for an out of season Australian wedding. I recommend dapper m for day to day wear but if you have an event you want to look good for, ask them for help they will make you look amazing and feel comfortable. Cheers Dan and Kevin

Owner extremely rude. Asked a simple question about whether stocked a nice (but not exclusive) after shave. He had a complete go at me for asking this question. Would not go back. I own a business and have worked in a men's wear shop and this is not how you treat customers.

I love this store. Very good clothes which are great quality but not mainstream. Fantastic shop for the dapper gent. I'd say the prices are decent too.
