I visited with my mum and were greeted by Asma and Latifa. Both were lovely and very welcoming. I was then seen by Ruth who was absolutely lovely. I’ve been struggling to get an appointment for my mum with NHS and have been so disappointed by how they’ve been treating her. Bupa was amazing. Ruth was so kind and thorough, I could not recommend her enough. Thank you for such amazing service.

1. Difficult to organise an appointment
2. Receptionist at the breast clinic rude and argumentative - hardly considerate given the context in which women will be visit a breast clinic and associated anxiety.
3. Pretty demoralising and unacceptable appointment with the consultant - the consultant spent most of the appointment talking about himself and not my health concern. Referred me for an ultrasound which I had on the spot (very nice welsh radiologist - only positive of the experience). Was meant to have a follow up to discuss the findings but the consultant dumped my coat in the radiology room and sped off. Radiologist and I were left visibly confused and he was about to excuse himself before I had to ask what was actually going on and what were the results of my ultrasound. Very cursory, rushed and impersonal appointment - fairly shocking I was about to be sent packing with no explanation as to what the findings were (regardless whether a concern or not).

Terrible experience (in my over 20 yrs of private healthcare) and not what was advertised (consultation, tests and follow up consultation on the spot).

Great experience here. The reception team were lovely. Dr. Raf Niziol was fantastic and a very kind and helpful doctor.

Very unhelpful place. Tried to get a blood test done, provided a referral letter from a doctor which is BUPA registered. They replied to me "we are unable to do bloods as there is no referring doctor to send the results to". When I told them the doctor is right there in the referral they didn't bother to reply.

First class experience from entering the place to leaving. Great welcome, wonderful medical staff, all willing to go the extra mile. Thank you very much indeed. A big shout out to Jennifer Hu who saw me initially for my breast screening. She dealt with issues that were out of her remit and made things happen. Totally grateful for your kindness and professionalism. Also super grateful for the resolution of the admin queries, again nothing to do with medical advice but truly appreciative of all that you and your staff did.

Having tried for a week to arrange a simple appointment at this clinic - multiple attempted phonecalls, callback requests, enquiry form via the website, with my consultant adding their email requests to named individuals - no response whatsoever. So much time wasted. Some combination of laziness, lack of care, very poor management and resourcing, and basic incompetence has brought this about, and it is badly letting down the clinicians who do a good job.

I was seen quickly and efficiently. I mean I’m being asked to write a review for a medical clinic, I’m not going to type “that I had ambience beyond compare” and “there was a cool jazz band playing when I got my shoulder injections to liven the mood” am I?! What more do you want?! Jeez… you people! 😀

I have been going here for several years now for different health situations and my overall experience has been fine. However over the course of the past 10 months the front desk has gotten worse, appt that were scheduled but not actually scheduled, never responding to emails, never answering the phone, 20 minutes or longer on hold to schedule appointments, having to physically walk in just to get a repeat perscription. I have now finally decided to jog on as this place is not worth the headache when there are plenty of other more than completely adequete places in and around London.
