I just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care and attention Bartletts provide to our mother.
Bartletts is truly a special place, where residents are treated with incredible care and dignity. The dedication of their team to meeting each individual’s needs is nothing short of inspiring.
The team of carers and leadership at Bartletts are second to none, consistently striving to deliver the highest level of care. The activities scheduled every day are phenomenal, offering stimulation and personalised attention that is beautiful to witness. Our mother has been at Bartletts for the past 6.5 months, and as a family who visits very frequently, we’ve had the privilege of seeing the team in action. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to making each resident the best version of themselves is truly remarkable.
The variety of activities is impressive, from music sessions, baking, and live entertainment to themed parties, dancing, and even special visits from real penguins at Christmas! The doggie visits are another wonderful touch that brings so much joy.
We are also deeply appreciative of the care team’s communication—prompt, thoughtful, and always with our mother’s best interests at heart. The home itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, with stunningly maintained gardens that reflect the same high standards of care evident throughout. The maintenance, gardening and housekeeping teams deserve special recognition as well.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the unique and caring culture that defines Bartletts. We want to acknowledge and thank every team member for their hard work and dedication in making our mother feel comfortable, safe, and valued.

I visited Bartlett's to give a talk about Aylesbury Homeless Action Group, a charity which Bartlett's have been supporting. I found it to be a very positive environment. The staff we're all very helpful and professional and it is a lovely building. It was great to meet some of the residents too.

Set in a great location, with views of the Chilterns, and with spacious grounds to walk around. A fantastic range of activities are regularly organised which the residents really enjoy.
