It has literally taken me 4 months get in front of a doctor. It's been four years since Covid and they are still messing around with phone appointments. They literally ring you for one or two rings and hang up, don't leave a message and that's your doctor's appointment. These GPs are being paid £70k and upwards to run the poorest call centre in the UK. If you are lucky enough to answer the phone on that first ring you can't understand a word they are saying due to half of them having thick foreign accents who then complain about the quality of the line and hang up any way. You have to shout your private affairs down a phone in a public space to someone who can't understand a word you are saying to then be hung up on. I'll be lucky if I don't have cancer by this point waiting so long to see my GP, it's a joke. Totally unacceptable. This surgery highlights how the UK has tanked completely. They can't be keeping a tally of how unsuccessful these phone appointments are as if they did, surely they would be operating face-to-face appointments by now with an acceptable level of health professionals to meet the demands of the added influx of people putting pressure on the service.

the worse GP experience. Don’t waste your time they take a week to have you registered. Another week to get medication and another week just for an appointment it’s crazy. waited 6 weeks to go to an appointment and be turned away. Outrageous literally unregistered immediately!

Signed up to this surgery last year after moving to Ipswich. Very positive experience the reception team go above an beyond to help and always call you back. The doctor I saw was really helpful and even followed up with a call the day after and 3 weeks later to check in.

Thank you team!

This used to be good surgery, and now it's gone down. My wife phoned up. We believe she is pregnant . The doctor told her to ring back and make an appointment, so we rang back and told her it was not an emergency or an important ring back the next day we kept getting flogged off. We will make complaint to head office and if some thing go wrong or loose it will be sue them and to news papers. It's disgraceful they not bother with it.

If could be given no star.
My wife rang back now and told us to wait an extra 3 months, so then now say got to do a total of 4 months, then ring back. With my 1st partner never had this hassle with my daughter back, then now seem they just can't be bothered. They do not bother about people health nore when they are pregnant.
Can't wait to move back to Norfolk and get doctors who do care.
Very clever, someone diagnosed someone who don't listen to what patients say and not see them and do it over the phone.

Very poor experience this morning. Was given an appointment with someone who wasn't a GP who told me they are no longer prescribing people antibiotics for certain types of infections. I'm someone who gets a repeated infection yearly, and require antibiotics to recover, already been unwell for over a week now, to then be told I need to be unwell for a further 10 days to be considered for antibiotics. I then called a private GP and got what I needed immediately and almost 11 hours later I am starting to feel a lot better.

I don’t understand why most people complain about the service really. I recently registered with this surgery and in less than a week I interacted twice with the reception and once with one of their GP’s. Everyone was kind, polite, extremely helpful and willing to help. I wanna thank Dr.Diana Bratosin who put my mind at ease after suspecting a more serious issue. So yeah..if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

visited yesterday for a blood test and discussed an issue with my foot, great service, rang as suggested today (after the mad am rush for an appointment) and given an appointment for Saturday am ref my foot....no stress, no trouble, great service, not sure the negativity i read in the reviews are justified, this surgery does a wonderful job, never let me or my family down in over 30 years.
