First session today after having a stroke, well, what can i say.. I was really nervous.. It was absolutely fabulous.. everyone made me feel welcome. Great place well equipped excellent covid measures in place. . Can't wait to go again

The facilities are very good and the support of volunteers and management is also good
Sadly several of the members tend to stick to their own particular groups and sadly this can leave single members or new members who rarely get out for various reasons feeling left out

All it takes is a smile and an hello and single members will feel wanted, and attend more often !!!

The people who go their are very friendly when you have done your exercising you can sit and enjoy a tea 🍵 or ☕ coffee with biscuits and a good chat.
