I was treated so well by Receptionist Claire and then by referrals to Helen. Sue (Nurse) was so caring and understanding as well as treating me. Thankyou so much.

Called this morning for an apt, was told " I should have called at 8.30 as there were many" and I've missed it. Are you actually joking.Receptionist was the rudest I've ever heard, no questions, no mental health questions, no small triage, NOTHING! basically my fault for being ill and not calling at 8.30. When challenged on this comment she just got louder, she needs firing. IR1 will be going in plus a complaint into the relevant persons. This receptionist let's the whole surgery down.

Rang with an enquiry, really nice receptionist. Said doctor would call later that morning. He rang back immediately. Aftr short discussion said come to surgery now. Went and was seen immediately. You couldn't ask for a better service from such pleasant and attentive people.

Shouldn't be allowed to open as a practice. Shocking misdiagnoses, lack of follow ups, leaving referrals open, having to chase up multiple times things that should happen automatically, ongoing miscommunication between staff causing mistakes to be made, administrative staff and reception staff.... well I don't know how they sleep at night knowing what an appalling job they do.
If you have elderly or vulnerable relatives who use this practice PLEASE check up on the care they are receiving.
Agree with the other comment about Linda being rude too.
Multiple emails to practice manager who does not reply, waste of time.
Referred to ombudsman.

In response to their reply: factually incorrect. I have followed up with all evidence of their lack of response to open complaints, open diagnosis after months, records from insurers of all correspondence and lack of replies AND the issue with the insurance is NOT closed. Maybe they should be spending some time dealing with open issues/ complaints from your patients instead of replying to google reviews ?

Joke of a practice, should be shut down. I saw Hayley (paramedic, she was great) there the other week who explained to me about a repeat prescription I had stopped taking, saying I should start taking it again, which I did had 2 weeks worth left so I ordered the repeat prescription which was then rejected by the doctor!!!

Shame you have to give it at least 1 star. They deserve a minus score. Changing procedure then lying about it. Reception staff NOT giving prescription requests to the doctors, leaving patients without medication for what can at times be weeks. Doctors not listening to you, or filling a full prescription leaving you with only part of the medicine you need. The staff don't just need retraining, they need replacing. If I ever acted like that at work or spoke to customers like that I would be fired immediately. We turn to you when we are at our worst and most vulnerable, and you don't care. Shame on you.

We are passing though on a boat. My wife wanted a simple thing sorting. They wouldn't let her register as a temporary patient as we didnt have a physical street address in the area. Thus she couldn't get sorted. Absolutely awful. What's the point in them being there. If they can't even do the simple things like helping people then they may as well shut the place down!

Whilst I've never visited a GP at this surgery I have had cause to visit with and on behalf of friends many times. I've always found the staff helpful and friendly. The reception and waiting room have always been quiet with very few people waiting. Whilst there are a couple of shallow steps at the front entrance and hand rails, there are however two disabled ramps to the side entrance and the rear.
Parking close by can be a bit awkward but there's plenty a short walk away. The pharmacy right across the road is very too.
