The worst facility ever! The staff is being rude every time we go in and even if we just call them. Sometimes we have to call them five times before they pick it up. The treatment there is awful. They are treating them like animals. I've never seen anything like this before. We were talking with one of the patients and he said that they are short staffed and they are rude and they don't care about the patient. The nurses are always rushing, but I only see them sitting next to the phone doing nothing . I've never seen them doing anything for their patients to get better. I hope it's only my opinion but I would never recommend this hospital to anyone .
And my brother has been there only for three days.

The receptionist Patricia is AWFUL. She should not be allowed to work with people who suffer from mental health. She likes to hang up the phone when challenged. She avoids numbers luckily i had another number to call from.

Chase farm hospital- This is one of the worst facilities.. the nurses and doctors do not care about their patients and treat them horrible !! Please if you have a loved one do not let them into this facility !! It will be your biggest regret ! I am speaking from experience because my brother was admired here 3 days ago worst treatment and worst staff very rude and unhelpful!!!!
