Received letter with only address and my name no content in the letter it looks like the actual letter is forgotten to put it in the envelope. I called and telling me leave your name and number and someone will call me I tell the switchboard my number 3 times and he couldn’t make note of it and even hung up on me

Bad communication and shame on the staff that don't listen over the phone putting the phone down on customers family and speaking insults may God help you to behave right...One day you will be gone ...this will end all truma you have put people though and plus refusing to book appt properly..plus you keep famlies sitting waiting until the...appt time end and then escalate trouble....for the person centre care...
