I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the receptionist, Susana.
She was rude, unprofessional, and condescending throughout our interaction. Instead of being helpful, she came across as dismissive and uninterested, which made the entire process frustrating. As the first point of contact, her behavior reflects poorly on the business. I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism.

Used to be a great GP. Now it's the worst I have ever had the misfortune of going to.
Since lockdown, they have steadily become worse. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment, and when you are seen, you feel like you are on a conveyor belt with half-hearted treatment

They deserve zero stars! Completely unprofessional people. I am waiting for two months for referral letter to my private medical insurance. Very unhelpful and rude receptionist!!! She put a phone down on me.

This surgery is hopeless. Been on waiting line twice for more than 15 minutes only to be cut off first time, and on continuous ringing second time. What's the point of putting me on waiting line for this long if no one is available to respond to me. They tell us not to abuse their staff, fair enough, what about the abuse we go through like this? Never able to get an appointment here, always end up in crazy waits at the hospital cz their econsult form never seems to understand my problem and always end up at the point where it says you need to speak to someone. And here we are trying to speak to someone and nothing. Also, please change your outdated recording, WE ARE OUT OF THE PANDEMIC FOR GOD SAKE !!!

This is the worst ever GP I ever had experience, now giving them feedback as its happens number of times! They are completely useless this JP should be shoot down, and this people should never ever get work in hospitality and similar places! They getting paid for doing absolutely nothing!
1st thing, to make an appointment is like win the lottery, finally after weeks of waiting They going gives 3-4 different antibiotic instead of sending you to the specialist, after 6 months if you still in pain they maybe send you to the specialist depends of their mood... 2nd thing if you need to get contraceptive pills they need weeks to gives you 5 weeks and number of phone call isn't enough! Shame we paying so much taxes for useless places like this!!!

Phoned the surgery and the receptionist shela was arrogant and rude. I'm sure the surgery, GP and other staff members are lovely but this person whom I spoke to was definitely not. If working at a health care industry you expect to be a caring individual. This person was clearly not.

First in que for phone,it then proceeded to ring for almost ten minutes with no one picking up the phone.I have been at this doctor's for months and not one doctor has seen me yet,it's appalling. The reception staff think they are qualified to give medical advice even though the local pharmacy has mentioned this is not on.I recently asked for my medication using it's actual name, staff asked me why I am taking it,it's none of their business why, that's between me and my doctor, they then proceeded to say there's no medication of that type on my script not understanding that its brand name is zaularon and it's medical name is quitiapine.I had to go through this interrogation by a member of staff about meds when it literally had nothing to do with them.Worst GP practice I have ever come across.
