Barlow Pharmacy is outstanding with excellent service and an extremely friendly staff. I have now got to know some of the staff and Bilal is a great guy, he is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes his time to answer questions and provide me with helpful advice. The place is always clean, well-organized, and always stocked. Prescription refills are quick and hassle-free, making my every visit smooth and efficient. From my observations their commitment to customer care is truly impressive. I highly recommend Barlow Pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable pharmacy!

Zero customer service. Said hello to the member of staff and gave my prescription. Didn’t even acknowledge me and say anything. Walked off with my prescription as if I wasn’t even there. Very rude. Would give 0 stars!

Ignore the bad reviews - almost certainly relate to the previous management. This pharmacy has been under new management for a while now and it’s like night and day - such great service now. Really helpful. Have changed to the nominated pharmacist for all my family members and everyone says how wonderful the staff are. Recommend

Hopeless. Booked flu and Covid vaccination and attended to be told neither vaccine available. Staff claimed to have phoned me the previous day to tell me this but I had no missed calls and suspect this was a lie. Staff were sullen and disinterested.

Very welcoming staff members with quality service and was in and out within a few minutes even though it looked busy. The manager appeared to have everything organised and on point.
