The Westergate team looked after my Dad for 9 months. He had severe Dementia and other medical issues.
In the time he was there he was really well taken care of, on each visit I observed genuine interest and kindness from the Staff.
Despite his worsening condition, he seemed to feel safe and happy.
I would recommend this place happily.

On a recent visit to Westergate House to attend a summer event with friends, I am delighted to say I was met with friendly, helpful staff members who ensured that we were all looked after and enjoyed first class hospitality. The grounds and the home are immaculately maintained and the residents received the full attention of the staff during the afternoon.

Today we visited my mother in law and had the most wonderful three course Sunday lunch prepared by their talented chef. I have to say it was a kin to dinning at a top class restaurant!. The service from the staff was outstanding.This was extra special for my wife as it has been a fair few years since she has been able to have a meal with her Mum.

I received a very warm welcome at Westergate house from all staff. The building and grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful. The activities team ensure residents always have the option to get involved and socialise. A very lovely place to call home.

I am a P.A.T (Pets as Therapy) volunteer and with my dog regularly visit Westergate House. We visit all the residential areas and have always been aware of the care, consideration and concern for well being the staff show to the residents. It is a warm and friendly place, which appreciates our visits.
