Invigorating after a long trans oceanic flight on a rainy day. Sauna, cold plunge, cold shower. Honey and salt cleanse. I felt great. Hard to find. Not much signage. Downstairs

Me and my partner been going there for years and always loved the concept, especially the wonderful parenia. However, in the past few years, it has become too busy with a different crowd to truly enjoy. The sauna, once a place of relaxation, is now filled with constant chatter from younger visitors, making it impossible to unwind. The limited space only adds to the frustration, with a continuous flow of people in and out of the sauna, disrupting any sense of peace and relaxation.

To make matters worse, we were charged an extra £40 for rescheduling our appointment—a greedy policy that left a bad impression. Sadly, the place has become overcrowded, noisy, and profit-driven. Sorry, but you’ve lost us.

Overall the experience was ok . The massage woman was very nice and quite good at her skills.

However there were flies where I was sitting . Food, tea , soup was covered with them . Unhygienic.

The Ultimate Sauna room & ice Plunge pool, hospitality was excellent enjoyed a lovely chaga pot of tea in the refreshment room after feel fantastic will be my new go to from now on

What a great experience. This was my first spa treatment, and it was much needed after a 10-hour flight to London the previous day. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful in guiding a newcomer through the experience. The Parenie experience was amazing. It felt as though I was melting on that table, in the best possible way. I'll definitely be visiting again before this trip is over. Thank you, Banya No. 1!

Everything was perfect and amazing besides the awful service in a restaurant, that’s why 4 out of 5. When we come with friends to enjoy our time together, book this exceptional experience and plan it ahead we would expect that everything would be great. However, I felt like in the restaurant were weren’t welcomed, weren’t wanted or maybe girls who work there are not happy about the job or place where they work in.
I hope next time when we bring more friends and plan our celebration in Banya No. 1 restaurant service will improve or at least we will receive a smile from a waitress which was lacking so much last night.

The wonderful Eastern block and Scandinavian sauna experience is a must for every lover of the traditional bath house, sauna and massage experience. Centrally located in Hoxton and now also in Chiswick makes for a relaxing afternoon or morning out of this. Apart from the saunas make sure you dine and enjoy a feast of Russian and Scandinavian style delicacies served with a nice strong vodka if required…..
