Deb and the rest of the team, I Have never felt so supported by a pharmacy, Have always got time to help, and they have on many occasions.
Most recently encouraging me to properly take my meds, patiently answering questions I had. This is something my doctor failed to do, am feeling so much better. I really hope Deb reads this and knows that without her chat and encouragement that day I might not be here to write this review.

A1 service and filling the huge gap left by the lack of doctors appointments. Never wait more than 10 minutes and often spend this time watching in awe, at how much this small team are doing to help people in our community. TYSM all of you. Paul

This is my regular pharmacy and all the staff are great. Me meds are nearly always ready when I come in and I hardly ever have to wait. On the rare occasion I have to wait they always work very hard to make sure I’m not waiting too long.

Used the village pharmacy since 1994. Was always excellent a friendly team you could ask for help and advice - not anymore. New owners, not a spot on the old pharmacy team. Service/ordering is slower, staff unfriendly - we changed to Locking - its quicker easier and the tream are friendlier.

Simply the best support experience that I have had in my 20 years living in Banwell. The help advice and attention to care given by Maggie is second to none and I can't thank her enough for the support and help with medicines that she has given me the past 12 weeks.

Appalling service. They also never answer the phone, so you're unable to order repeat prescriptions. They take over a week from ordering to have your prescription ready to collect. There is always a huge queue outside. I have waited 30 minutes, only to be told they hadn't made up my prescription. If I could drive I would go elsewhere. I strongly advise people who are able to - use a different pharmacy.

During lockdown my repeat medicines have been delivered by car at all hours with a smile and courtesy which has made a real difference to my day albeit at a social distance - often the only person I have seen all day as I am self isolating hoping to avoid the virus. What a difference such kindness and service makes and how it is appreciated.
