I saw my wonderful doctor Dr Sanders today. I have been cared for by this doctor for over 22 years, so I have great trust in her and the continuity is essential. She knows me well & understands my health issues & I trust her completely & know she will always take great care. All at BCHC are caring & helpful at all times. I have never encountered any problems here at all. A very good, caring & helpful health centre.

Appointment was punctual. Lovely introduction from the nurse. Confirmed my details and checked there had been no previous reaction to the injection. Very little discomfort. All done in a few minutes

Cannot praise this health center enough. Easy to make an appointment now with a much improved system. Lovely GP who listened and gave good advice. She referred me on appropriately and speedily - just how it should be. And I didn't feel rushed during the consultation. Thank you Banbury Cross!

Unable to make diabetes check up and hearing loss appointments both over the phone and in person. All they say is that the relevant department will call to make an appointment. The receptionists are completely unhelpful and don’t show a clear understanding of what they are doing, every time I cal for the same reason I get a different answer, they are clearly lost and disorganised. Why are they taking on new patients if they cannot look after them nor can they offer appointments? The only thing good and well organised there so far was the flu and COVID vaccine but the appointments is a complete nightmare.

Very busy place and due to the local surgery shortfalls and them not accepting patients, always the way. I was turned away from 4 surgeries closer to home. Every time I have dealt with them, been helpful and kind and responsive, only issue is phoning up and not getting appointments, but that is more likely a factor of people not using the system properly

POSITIVES: fasts appointments, nurses appointment very good
NEGATIVES :Doctors don’t care, rushing to get you out of the way as another patients waiting, not willing to investigate issue, prescribed wrong medication, not familiarise with patient case, contacting system is horrible. Big surgery where noting is under control

Good service, quick appointment, knowledgeable and efficient clinician that solved my problem without bouncing me elsewhere. it was very much appreciated.
The only downside was that I wasn't made aware re parking i.e. to register vehicle, so ended up with a massive parking fine.

Never had a problem, either with phone back ,and online is easy to follow, sometimes you have to wait a while on the phone but that's understandable with the amount of patients on the books. Overall I am happy with the service I receive. ☺️
