I have now seen Dr. Patel twice at this surgery, and it has been a great experience. Having a doctor who was already familiar with my symptoms made a real difference, as we were able to build on our previous discussions and put a clear plan in place. A follow-up appointment was scheduled in advance, which gave me reassurance that my progress would be monitored.

The service I received has been outstanding, particularly from Dr. Patel, who has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the care I need. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to patient well-being have truly stood out. I highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for dedicated and compassionate healthcare.

Only giving 1 star as I can’t give zero. Receptionists are totally unhelpful don’t even know how the evergreen app works. Rang through at 8am and they’re fully booked and can’t help even though the app doesn’t work she suggested I use the app tomorrow? I’ve been in personally 4 times and each time they are unable to help? What is the point of this being a GP surgery if I can’t see a Doctor and it’s been over a week?!

Everything that's wrong with the NHS now. No care, no empathy, and won't make an appointment, app only. If you do call expect 3 minutes of listening to pointless recorded messages before you even get to select an option. In my opinion, they are the reason my partner lost her life at a young age and the reason my young daughter is poorly because they're not interested in seeing you or what you have to say. Absolute, joke, shambles, embarrassment to the NHS.

I registered my Dad at the practice just a few weeks ago and he has received excellent care. The reception staff are really kind and helpful. The nurses have been very attentive and as a result he is making good progress.
We had a GP appointment yesterday and he was running late. However, he gave my Dad all the time he needed, listening carefully and ensuring that he was referred to the appropriate clinicians. If we have to wait a while because the GP is giving all of his patients this level of care so be it.
Dad came away feeling reassured and I am confident that he is in good hands.

Hopeless, you have to do everything via the Evergreen App, they don’t do anything other than ignore the messsge, you then phone up to be told the Dr dealing with your query has gone home and to try again tomorrow. Disgusting service again 😔.

Joke, not a proper GP practice as you would hope for… no appointments available, if you get lucky to book one appointments always late (currently 35min behind “running little late”). Also with the new app it’s even more fun, impossible to book appointments. Lovely gp practice

Blissful experiance getting my flu vaccination, Melissa and Nicola were both very nice and thoughtful. No issues with getting the vaccination and a very short wait. Only downside was the terminal at the reception always appears to unusable, and we had quite a queue for the receptionist in the day.
