An amazing addition to Waterlooville high street. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable, the place itself is really clean and aesthetically pleasing! Just to note the changing rooms are mixed gender but I'll definitely be back for a ladies only night! 🙂

The best addition to Waterlooville in years! The facility is wonderfully clean with exceptional amenities. The sauna is modern, comfortable, and you can get it very hot which is fantastic. The ice baths are spacious and offer a range of temperatures (8, 6, 4, and 2 degrees), allowing you to experience different levels of refreshment—such a great feature! Parking is super easy, with just a short walk to the entrance. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

What an amazing place. Waterlooville is very lucky to be getting this facility. It’s an absolute game changer for health and well-being. The facilities are top class with the range of four ice baths ranging from 2° to 8° and a huge sauna out of quality materials and great social space.
I’m huge fan of Sean and what he’s stands for, supported by a great team at Balance. This will be a huge success and somewhere I’ll be using regularly and supporting.

Excellent sauna and ice bath facilities. A great new addition to this area. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone looking to broaden and improve their health & well being. Ive been going every week since it opened and genuinely I feel relaxed and refreshed after each visit. A lovely coffee afterwards goes down well too!

Really friendly welcoming club, fantastic coffee and a very well equipped and spotless spa and plunge pools! Visited with my 70yr old parents, my father who regularly uses the plunge pools and its safe to say I'll make the journey down from Suffolk for the coffee and plunge!

Have been here twice now (in the space of two weeks as enjoyed it so much). Nothing else like it in the local area; really great facilities, clean, spacious, and you feel great coming out. A very welcome addition! I'll be back soon.
