I can’t explain how grateful I am to everyone at Back on form for helping me with my back. I’ve been unable to sit, walk and sleep properly for several months and, after just 2 visits so far, I’ve been able to go about my day without pain (mostly). I’m sure that after a few more sessions I will feel much closer to 100% than I have felt for years. Thankyou so much!!

Absolutely brilliant service right from the first phone call. The reception staff very friendly and Hazel Mellars is a true back goddess in my opinion. After many years of back pain I finally gave in and saw someone, am glad it was Back in Form and will happily recommend and use again in the future without any thought.
Hazel managed to get my posture back, corrected the one leg shorter than the other issue and gave some very valuable adivece for future issues and for exercises to help prevent future back issues.
Once again ladies thank you ever so much for your services.
Hopefully I won't need you again anytime soon but if I do I will deffo be back.

I came to back in form with some naughty neck and back problems.
I am a roofer so my body is what pays the bills.
I saw Hazel and she was amazing. I could not move before the appointment and was worried I would have to loose work, but walked out feeling like a spring chicken.

I’ve been a patient at Back in Form for many years. Most of my visits these days are for “maintenance” treatment, which I wish I’d started much earlier.
I recently managed to put myself into a situation where I needed more than the maintenance could give. As has been the case in the past, after one or two treatments the pain level decreased massively. I have absolutely no doubt that, as has been the case previously I will be back to normal.
Also worth a mention is the friendliness that is always shown by everyone.
