I feel bad writing this, as they are very nice in person, however my experience is as follows. After the scan they give you a USB drive which contains all the images and a PDF report. In my case the USB drive was corrupted, and the PDF report wouldn't open. Additionally, there is another patient's data on the USB drive. With everything - identifying information, all scan images, a video.
I've attempted to contact Baby Moments about this - to request the PDF report for my scan, which I need to show to my IVF clinic, and to inform them about the other patient's data on the USB, but they've never responded. I've sent 3 emails so far, and have called multiple times. The appointment was 2 and a half weeks ago.

I booked for a gyno/fertility check scan, due to ongoing problems and not finding any clarity from the doctor. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming. The waiting room area was lovely, so relaxing. I signed paperwork and went in for my scan. Cynthia was so welcoming and lovely. We completed my scan she was extremely informative and talked us though everything she saw. Once the scan was complete she wrote me a report to be sent to my doctors and we went away with so much information and a step closer to getting sorted.

I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have visited twice for scans and tests, easy to book, responsive to emails and calls. Cynthia does a wonderful job, she is friendly and thorough, explaining everything in detail. The pics and videos she gets are timed very well to get those exciting moments captured.

I strongly recommend this service. The office is beautiful with comfortable atmosphere. We had 2 scans and each time plenty of attention and patience with finding the best angle of our daughter. We got great 3D pictures. In addition we were reassured everything is fine with baby as they measured her weight, size, position of the cord and even the amount of water. It is exactly what I wanted and I am so glad that we did this.

We have had 4x scans at baby moments.

One was so my husband could see the first scan due to Covid restrictions at the JR, second time we had a scare so wanted to check on baby, then we had wellbeing/Gender at 16 weeks and wellbeing/4D at 29 weeks.

Staff are so lovely, make you feel super comfortable! The experience is really nice and you never feel rushed out during appointment time.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at booking a private scan.

I had a wonderful experience today and couldn't recommend this clinic enough. The clinic was peaceful and extremely clean and welcoming. But the best part of all was the sonographer she was wonderful, put me right at easier and was very informative. Will definitely be going again

I had several scan with Cynthia and she was always very welcoming and professional.I never felt that I been rushed.Nice atmosphere and very helpful staff.

Very disappointed when we arrived my daughter had done a poo and my partner went to go and change her very quickly but they would not wait the 5 mins and made me go in on my own she could clearly see I was upset and yet went on to explain she had plans so had to get it done. I then had a 5 min scan and luckily everything was ok! She did do a 30 sec rescan so my partner could see. However we have had bad experiences before and if things weren’t ok I would have been alone! the whole process was traumatic and thanks this ruined the whole experience after paying so much money I would have expected better service.
