Having suffered a herniated disc L5/L7 and being faced with options like ❤️ pain relief injections (which is like a spinal tap btw), medicate with painkillers or an operation 😱 I decided to look elsewhere. Thank goodness I did, my herniated disc was pushing on my sciatic nerve which left me limping badly and in lots of pain. I started my IDD treatment with no real expectation except a massive amount of hope. Within a few treatments I started to feel the difference, Denise is awesome and kept me well informed and looked after me with the utmost professionalism. By my 7th and 8th session my limp had gone and pain subsiding. My recovery is fantastic and I’m confident I’m nearly there. I’m so glad I found Axis and Denise. I can’t recommend Axis highly enough! My advice to all the sore back sufferers look into IDD at Axis Health!!

I have issues with arthritis particularly in my right knee and Denise treated me with acupuncture. She s always happy and polite and made me feel at ease from the start as I'd never had acupuncture before , I would definately recommend her for treatment to anyone.

I turned to Axis health after researching IDD therapy online. I made an initial email enquiry which was replied to promptly. After a quick phone call to answer my questions I was booked in for treatment. Denise is extremely busy but always found time to fit me in, working appointments around my work and being very understanding when I had to move appointments at short notice.

The treatment itself has been amazing, my progress to being pain free has been unbelievable.

Denise is such a nice person and clearly cares about her patients, she tailored the treatment and explained everything as we went along. The clinic has a calm relaxing environment and has been a great escape from the hustle of my day.

I can’t recommend Denise enough, if you’re considering IDD then drop Axis an email, you won’t regret it.

Having suffered with chronic lower back issues for weeks the conventional treatment bought relief but was clearly not solving the problem on it's own. Denise suggested a reasonably priced place for a MRI scan which clearly showed the root cause of the problem (herniated disc and others which were degenerated) and proposed a course of treatment using the special IDD machine. I am pleased to say, whilst I haven't returned to being a spring chicken, the pain has gone and I am mobile again. It's a long course and not cheap but worth every penny.

Here's hoping that with (in Denise's words) maintenance, I will enjoy long term benefit and have my life back!

I visited Denise at Axis Health with a back problem; her diagnosis of the issue was swift, professional and well explained. The sessions I had in the extremely well equipped treatment room were very helpful, as was the advice on how to mitigate the issue and speed up the healing process at home. I am now much, much better and will definitely go back to Denise if I suffer any other physical problems.
