Waited a week for a sick note due to bereavement, I asked for the note to be sent to me by text when it was ready, after 2 days nothing I called and got told the GP dealing with it hadn't done it and was off the next day. Got told it would be ready Monday went in it wasn't done and got told a different GP was dealing with it and it still wasn't ready. Made an already stressful situation worse

The worst surgery to get an appointment. Call at 8am to wait for 40 mins to be told have to complete online form. Log in online to be told cannot book as exceeded number of appointments allowed, when there has been 1 appointment in the last year. Call back to be told by auto message cannot accept Call as high Call volumes. The worst service.

Ask to see practice manager told in meeting had a week to print off blood test forms told today computers down can not do asked when it would be back up and running told don't now I'm disabled wifes disabled so got to make another trip to get them can't get through on phone so total rubbish service

I would like to thank AW surgeries for their swift actions allowing me to visit a GP quickly after falling very ill, Moreover Dr. Sobia Hasnain was simply incredible during my visit. After fast tracking me to A&E Dr. S Hasnain went above and beyond my expectations. Myself and my family would just like to say thank you for taking care of me in the following weeks. 🙂

Once again I have to say. My Experience at AW Surgeries yesterday Tuesday 3/9/24 was excellent from the booking in to seeing the doctor who was doctor Basil Idris. If it was not for the Dr idris who in my personal experience brilliant in assessing my problem there and then I think I could well of ended up in hospital this week He is so pleasant and polite professional he listens to you and makes you feel relaxed and not a nuisance. I really can't thank him enough he is so professional at his job he really is Thank you to all AW staff also John Brewster known as (Stuart) Thank you Dr Idris

I'm shocked by how low the reviews are, this GP is far better than my previous one I've never had any problem getting an appointment, all the time get to see or speak to a doctor or issue resolved quiet quickly, the reception staff and doctors I've come across all seem very friendly and helpful I've definitely been registered with worse practices will be staying with them as long as I can.
