Amy delivered MHFA to over 25 staff through and online and a face to face course. Feedback has been overwhelming. Amy was engaging, passionate and knowledgeable about mental health, and the team are much more confident to deal with any mental health referrals moving forwards. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Amy, who led the 2 day course, was absolutely brilliant. She covered complex topics in a fun and engaging way, making sure everyone felt comfortable at all times. I learnt so much about how to help others with their mental health, and I feel much more confident doing so now. I’d definitely recommend this course!

I attended the 2 day Mental Health First Aid course with Amy on the 22nd and 23rd April 2024. It was an amazing couple of days. Very empowering and lots of information to take in on a subject area that is really important to me. Amy is a great instructor and she made the sessions fun and engaging. I've already been telling my colleagues to get involved next time the opportunity is available. Thanks again Amy!

I was lucky this week to be able to attend a 2 day Mental Health England 1st Aid course. The course was an enjoyable and informative experience in which I was able to learn and develop new skills. The course tutor Amy Huskisson was great at how she delivered the course content. Amy set the tone by creating an excellent environment for learning whilst delivering informative and practical sessions to help the wealth of knowledge in the course to be understood easily.

I've known Amy for a while, having connected via corporate networking circles. I later chose to undertake my Mental Health First Aider training with AV Wellbeing in Jun21 because I trusted Amy's professionalism and I learned very well with her.

I would never hesitate to recommend AV Wellbeing to anyone because Amy is warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and respected in her field of expertise.

Amy has such a compassionate approach - really listening, asking questions and building that human connection.

Amy's wealth of experience and understanding means she knows there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach and takes the time to understand your needs.

I can't recommend Amy and the AV Wellbeing team highly enough.
