Took my vito in as rear wheels making load noise. Sounded like brakes jamming on or wheel bearing collapsed. Told bring her in. Got the call couple hours later, van was ready to pick up, they had found the problem an item of plastic had jammed in the back of the wheel. They took the time to put it on the ramp full investigation resolved problem. And wouldn't take a penny. Always a please dealing with all the team at this garage. So professional 👏

I recently used AutoFix (North East) to repair my Volvo XC60's central locking. I booked my XC60 in for a fault on the alarm system. I dropped the car off and they diagnosed the fault and rang me with an update before I’d even returned home. They ordered the genuine Volvo part and replaced it efficiently and without any fuss. I have booked the car in for its next service and MOT based on the excellent quote they gave me. I would recommend Autofix for all Volvo service and repair requirements.

Avoid. I had a noise from the bottom so I visited to check that as my regular car mechanic was fully booked for weeks. I knew car had other issues with ABS pump (which was on warranty so I didn't mention it), breaks and small leak. They charged me £54 for check which i sheepishly paid on which they said front breaks need replacing and drive shafts. I said instantly that breaks are acceptable and just want drive shafts sorted, they promised me to quote me on email. I had to chase that quote twice to eventually get combined quote by text for breaks and drive shafts. As noise seemed from the back more than front i decided to wait on it to see does it get worst, it didn't. MOT time arrived few months later I went to my usual place, breaks got advisory as I expected, noise was from missing exhaust attachment that's £20, and of course I still don't know what I paid them for as they missed ABS pump error and leak (leak came on on MOT, abs pump was visible when connected to computer), seems like they just confirmed what I told them, badly because they misdiagnosed it massively (drive shafts were fine on MOT) and charged me for pretending they checked more than MOT costs. Avoid.

Just had oil change service and MOT conducted on my motorhome. Staff friendly, very good prompt service with all work completed by lunch time. Competitive rates, certainly better value than quoted by main Fiat dealership. I will definitely be back and would happily recommend.

I had my Volvo delivered here following the collapse of the clutch. Top marks to the team, especially for honesty. After inspection, all it required was some hydraulic fluid and re-assembling. I was expecting a bill for a new clutch so was over the moon to be charged only £51. A prompt, no-fuss and efficient service. Thank you.
