If you plan to use this company for Tracheostomy supplies, you are going to have to fight them tooth and nail. They frequently DO NOT return phone calls, they promise you things and.don't follow through and the person I deal with acts as.if she's doing me a fabour by talking to me. Extremely bad service and unprofessional. If you can find another supplier, I would do so.
